I started CrossFit in 2010 with the intention of learning the movements and doing it on my own. The community I experienced is what made me stay. A good friend of mine, KC, told me that no matter what the workout was to “just walk in”. I continue to pass that knowledge onto others. Just show up and the coach and your peers will motivate you to crush your workout when you thought you couldn’t. I am a proud member and coach at CrossFit 516.
