TABATA

8 rounds: 20 sec ON of sit ups/ 10 sec ON of crunches

8 rounds: 20 sec ON of med ball twist/ 10 sec ON of bicycles

8 rounds: 20 sec ON of plank hold/ 10 sec ON of plank to push ups

 

Also, laying off the beer and chips might help, but what would I know IM JUST THE AB FAIRY!!!
