Schedule Changes!
As most of you know, some of the staff is heading down to California for the CrossFit Games. We have a modified schedule for the next week. Please check the schedule to see when class times are offered.
We will have a 9am and 10am class Wednesday, July 24, and also Monday afternoon classes will be canceled, July 29 for all PM classes
