3 hang power snatch

3 halting snatch dead lifts + jump shrug

1 full snatch

 

B)

EMOM 10 minutes

1 snatch (increase weight each set) i.e. 55%-95+%

5 minutes transition time before squats

EMOM for 10 minutes

2  squats at 80-85% of 1RM
