At the 10 min mark perform

For total reps

1 min max Wall balls (20lb M/ 15lb F)

1 min max Burpees

1 min max Box jump overs (24″ M/ 20″ F)

 

*You will have 2 scores for this workout. Your time for “Jackie” and your total reps of wallballs/burpees/box jump overs.

**If you do not complete “Jackie” within the 10 min cap, your score will be 10 min plus 1 sec for every uncompleted repetition. You will then move right into you max wall balls/burpees/box jump overs.
