In 20 minutes:

Find 1RM snatch
Take 5 minutes to reorganize yourself

In 15 minutes:

Find 1RM clean and jerk

 

C)

Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes

1 Snatch + 1 OHS (2 sec pause at the bottom)
