60 Shoulder to overhead (10 rep increments ea. 135/95)
1 mile run (400 m increments ea.)
60 Front squats (10 rep increments ea. 135/95)
1 mile run (400 m increments ea.)

*One person on the team works while the other person is resting. Runs must be completed in 400 m increments and barbell work must be completed in 10 rep increments)
