On a continuously running clock, perform the following tasks:
0:00-5:00 – Find your max unbroken pull-up
5:00-10:00 – Find your max unbroken double under
10:00-15:00 – Find your max unbroken toes to bar
15:00-20:00 – Find your max distance broad jump
At 25:00 min mark do 500 m row for time

*You can make as many attempts as you would like at each max effort but you must stop and rotate when your time at that station expires. You only have 1 shot at the 500 m row so hit it hard!
**Score individual totals for each movement and 500 m row time.
