20 dead lifts (185/135)
75 sit ups
15 dead lifts
50 sit ups
10 dead lifts
25 sit ups
5 dead lifts

*Thanksgiving hours: 9:30am class, the rest of the week is normal schedule

**Some new rules as far as class structure; one, there is now one option for your workout and it can be scaled appropriately. Two, unless you were given a specific program by a coach you may not do your own workout. There will be no just doing the WOD, you will have to participate in the warm up all the way through to the WOD. if you would like to workout after you have completed the class WOD you may do so on the side of the gym, NOT IN THE MAIN class area.
