2 sets:
5-10 Hand stand push ups
30-40 L sit
15 strict pull ups

EMOM for 30 minutes
1) 3 heavy bench press
2) 10 Dips
3) 30 double unders

*Try to keep one weight for the whole workout, and if you can not do 10 unbroken dips every round then use a band to make that happen.
