snatch pull + snatch high pull + hang squat snatch + squat snatch

then, EMOM for 15 minutes

min 1-5) 3 TNG squat snatches @ 65%
min 5-10) 2 TNG squat snatches @ 70%
min 10-15) 1 squat snatch @ 75-80%

B)
For time:
50-40-30-20-10 of:
Wall balls (20/16)
Toes to bar

C)
6 rounds
12 cal on AB OR (18 cal on AD)
9 bar facing burpees
6 front squats (205/135) OR (165/110) from floor.
