For open gym you will have 3 options for workouts, you may not go outside of these options.

A)
Oly WOD:
5 sets:
hang squat snatch + squat snatch + OHS

then, EMOM for 15 minutes

min 1-5) 3 TNG squat snatches @ 65%
min 5-10) 2 TNG squat snatches @ 70%
min 10-15) 1 squat snatches @ 75-80%

B)
20 minute amrap
10 wall balls (20/15)
10 push ups
10 games standard box jumps

C)
7 rounds
300m row
10 burpees
rest as needed between sets
