B)
Dead lift @ 3-4″ deficit
4 sets:
1.1.1.1 @ 60-65% of 1RM

* All dead lifts must be completed with a neutral grip

C)
3 rounds for times: (rest as needed between sets)
30 cal on rower
20 cal on AB (30 on AD)
10 burpees

*Score slowest round
