10 wide grip pull ups 1 sec hold at the top of each rep (everybody use a band)
30-45 sec L sit
30 sec on AB/AD legs only

B)
Teams of 2
For time:
30 cleans and jerks (135/95) 5 rep inc.
150 wall balls (20/16) any way

*you must complete 30 cleans and jerks before moving on to wall balls

Quick reminder:
We are half way done with April and we still need some serious miles to complete this challenge. A bunch of us are meeting at the gym this sunday during open gym to go for a long run to get ready for the half marathon and log some miles for the challenge. Hope to see you guys there.
