Burpee ladder

followed by
clean and jerk ladder (95/65)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

*Partner one complete 10 burpees then partner two completes 10 burpees all the way down to 1, then, with zero rest complete the same ladder with clean and jerks.

To everyone running this sunday, we will be meeting at the gym at 6:30 and will be leaving no later than 6:45. For those of you meeting at the race, we will be meeting at the center grass island by 7:30 for a group photo. Please leave plenty of time for parking.
