Hope everyone saw big improvements during last weeks re-test week. There are only a few more weeks of our strength cycle. You will notice some changes in the squat sequence leading up to the re-test. That being said, we are close to finishing our first phase in our “back to basics” cycle and there will be a shift from the strength phase (squat,jerk,dead lift) to workouts geared to conditioning.
