In teams of 2,
Max rounds as a team in 20 minutes:
15 burpees
20 air squats

*Partner 1 is completing the round of burpees and air squats
while partner 2 holes barbell over head

*You may only work if barbell is overhead – if your partner racks or drops the bar, you must rest until it goes back overhead to finish your round. After one partner completes the full round, switch.

*REMINDER: Movie night is tomorrow, June 19th. We will start around 7pm. Please bring a chair if you plan on attending so there’s enough seating for everyone. We will be watching The Big Lebowski. BYOB – hope to see you all there!
