Max rounds as a team in 20 minutes:
20 KB swings (55/35)
20 sit ups

*Partner 1 is completing the round of KB swings and sit ups while partner 2 holds barbell in rack position (185/125)

*You may only work if barbell is in rack – if your partner drops the bar, you must rest until it goes back into rack to finish your round. After one partner completes the full round, switch.

*NEW CYCLE: starting July 6th we will be transitioning into our new summer cycle. The strength phase, which will develop your front squat, will be high intensity but low volume. You will also see an increase in running intervals (mainly 400m and 150m) to work towards increasing your aerobic power as well as your anaerobic lactic power. As far as the traditional workouts are concerned, you will notice a slight increase in weight recommendations along with some fun new formats for movement pairing.
