Establish a 3RM front squat

10 minute AMRAP:
5 hang squat cleans (155/105)
7 burpees over bar

* The weight on the cleans should be a weight that permits you to go unbroken on the reps throughout the workout. If you will not be able to maintain that standard, pick a weight that will challenge you but allow you to move quickly and unbroken throughout the workout.
