For time:
5-4-3-2-1 Muscle ups (sub with 12 strict pull ups with 1 sec pause at the top of each rep)
10-8-6-4-2 neutral grip Dead lift (225/155)

*Do not game the scale for MU’s use an appropriate band to hit the full standard
