This week there will be no Level 2, please try to take any extra time you have before or after class and put it towards mobility & stretching. This week is meant to be fairly easy on the body. Please try not to over do it. The new cycle is almost here and I would like everyone to be ready for it.
Complete 75 chest to bar pull ups throughout the week.
Sit ups (HANDS ON HEAD)
60 wall balls (20/16)
*Every time you break on the wall balls i.e. stop/pause etc STOP and complete 3 burpees.
1) No 4pm classes on Thursdays starting this week
2) This Sunday is the Williston park street fair. If you are free please come by and show your support at the 516 tent.
3) This years Halloween party will be Saturday OCT 31 and will NOT be at CrossFit 516…get ready. More details coming soon.
