I will be making the final teams tomorrow. Also, if you can not make it this Friday make sure you get weighed in and complete the fittest loser workout before Friday night. For time: 1000m row, 40 air squat, 30 burpees, 20 box jump overs (24/20). You will repeat this workout at the end of the challenge to compare times. If you have any questions contact me at any point. Thank you.

Prime Catering, Pure Pharma, and Progenex are expected at the gym for the kickoff Friday night. Prime will be selling dinner plates for approximately $10 (cash only) following the weigh in and workout to kick off the challenge with a healthy dinner.
