16.2 has been announced. The first heat will begin at 9 a.m. We will run heats every 15-20 minutes depending on the athletes in each heat. There is a sign up sheet with heat times on the whiteboard in the gym. PLEASE COME IN AND SIGN UP FOR A HEAT TIME TOMORROW (FRIDAY). This will not be as slow as last saturday.There will be about 10 people per heat maybe more. It would be great to have everyone there to cheer on each other. You should also bring your friends and family to show them what you do.

For those of you who are NOT coming in Saturday will be doing 16.2 today. (but if you can come Saturday please do)

A)
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
25 toes-to-bars
50 double-unders
15 squat cleans (135/85) then, 13 (185/115) then, 11 (225/145) then, 9 (275/175) then, 7 (315/205)
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and
