Hope everyone enjoyed their break. OFA cycle 1 starts today and is 12 weeks long. You will notice patterns regarding which days we will be squatting, olympic lifting and training metabolic intervals (which at this point in the season will be on the shorter side and will increase as the season progresses). I would like to add that since it is the beginning of the season this is the perfect time to break any bad habits and start fixing those inefficiencies in your movement patterns.

4-6 snatch grip dead lifts @3131 @ 75% of 1RM
