Hello to everyone in our amazing CrossFit 516 family, I have a huge favor to ask of all of you. The link below is a survey. It should only take a few minutes of your time. But here is the kicker, I don’t want you to be anything but honest. I want to know what you love about 516 and what you would like to see improved. We aren’t putting this out there to just throw away your thoughts. We are in the process of improving and making some amazing changes and would like to know your thoughts. It will all be anonymous and we truly appreciate your opinion.
With a partner complete:
Partner 1 does one curl then partner 2 does one curl then two then two until both partners have completed 10 curls
then, with out rest complete the same sequence with up right rows
