50ft weighted walking lunges
15 Strict pull ups w/ 1 sec pause at the top of each rep

4 rounds for times:
300/250m row
15 Burpees
10 Squat snatches RX (95/65) MRX (65/45) M+ (45/35)

*rest 2 minutes between sets
