There will be no 5am boot camp today due do today’s test. This is one of many bench marks at CrossFit 516 and we would like to see as many of you here as possible to complete it. For some the mile run will be a big deal, but remember, you have been running over a mile ever Monday during our 400m sprints. This is only one of the many tests to come in the next few weeks leading up to our next phase of the cycle. So drink a ton of water tonight as well as eat a big meal to ensure you are 100% ready to go for “Agatha”!!
