Tonight is the ladies only Wod and Wine night!!! Ladies, come by at 7 for a workout and bring some wine and a snack to share. Feel free to bring any friends and family along. If you are bringing someone please come in at 6:45 so they can fill out a waiver. The workout can be modified/scaled to any fitness level. This event was a big hit last summer and we hope to see many of you enjoying yourselves again this year!
