2) Girls WOD & Wine night is this Friday. Do your best to make it, it was a blast last year so if you couldn’t make it then do your best to get there this Friday. All friends and family are welcome.

There will be no level 2 this week. Please do your best to not do any extra work this. This week is meant to be a deload week so that next week you are feeling great and fully recovered to give it your all starting next week.
