Ok everyone, I know there are some of you that will see this workout and immediately say to yourself, “I’m not coming because I can’t run 2 miles” or “thats too much for me.” Well I’m here to tell you that you can. You have done much harder things both in and out of the gym. I’m not saying this to scare anyone away. But I know how some people’s minds work and I want you to look at this workout as a reward to yourself rather than a burden. Since coming to this gym you have become stronger, healthier, and overall more capable versions of yourself. And today is a good day to remember that and to enjoy the pain of accomplishment. So get your ass in to the gym today and kick this workout’s ass! And for those who haven’t been in lately, well its time to reap what you’ve sown and join us in the suck.
