1 set: 20 rep back squat

*For this squat cycle you will take 95% of your 5RM back squat, subtract 100lbs and complete 20 reps. We will be squatting twice per week (if you miss a day do your best to make it up before the week is over). Each squat day you will increase the weight by 5 total pounds.
