1) This coming Saturday the talented Super Cleary will join us at 516 during the open workout hours to take photos of all of you as you work through 17.3. Please try your best to attend Saturday morning and make sure you rock your 516 gear as well!

2) The schedule for the next 3 weekends is as follows: 8am-11am
Heats will be assigned as you come in. (the later you come in the less options you will have for heats)

WHAT IF YOU DIDN’T SIGN UP TO THE OPEN?
this is for all members at 516, so even though you didn’t actually sign up you will still come in on saturdays and complete the workout with everyone.
