The schedule for the next 4 weekends is as follows: 8am-11am
Heats will be assigned as you come in. (the later you come in the less options you will have for heats)

this is for all members at 516, so even though you didn’t actually sign up you will still come in on saturdays and complete the workout with everyone.

Front squats

90 sec rest

B)
For max reps: (full snatch)
60 sec max snatch (95/65)
60 sec rest
45 sec max snatch (115/75)
45 sec rest
30 sec max snatch (135/95)
30 sec rest
15 sec max snatch (155/105)

FOR ANYONE WHO CAN NOT DO THE OPEN TOMORROW YOU WILL BE DOING THE WORKOUT TODAY INSTEAD OF THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY.
