Today we all classes will be held at Herricks high school track (100 Shelter Rock Rd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040).Please note there are currently no bathrooms at the track so plan accordingly.

A)
4 rounds:
400m run (at your 1 mile pace, if you do not know your mile pace…go fast)
400m recover run
200m run (at your 1 mile pace)
200m sprint
rest 3 minutes

There is no rest between runs, run your first 400m right into a slower recovery run then right back into your 200m and finish with the 200m sprint. Then you rest 3 minutes
