Program explanations

Our “daily wods”  are for individuals looking to start their fitness journey all the way to individuals looking to get in the best shape of their life. Our coaches are some of the top strength and conditioning has to offer. You will learn everything from Gymnastics, Olympic lifting, Sprinting etc. Our classes are one hour long and entail everything from a group warm up, stretching & mobility, workout (WOD), cool down.

The sport of fitness is one of the fastest growing, most exciting opportunities out there for athletes looking to push the boundaries of human performance. If you’re looking to take CrossFit to the next level, CrossFit 516 has coached multiple individuals and teams to the CrossFit regionals and has the experience and knowledge to help you do the same. This program is for the advanced athlete looking to take their fitness and strength to new heights

Olympic lifting

The sport of Olympic weightlifting has been around for generations. This class is a great way to improve your speed, strength and explosiveness through olympic lifting. We focus on the fundamentals of olympic lifting (Oly lifting). This class is great for all levels.

Boot Camp

Our “Boot camp” workouts are for the individuals looking to burn fat, breathe heavy and start your week off feeling strong. This program is comprised of simple movements that are not typically seen in the regular day to day classes.
