CrossFit Kids at CrossFit 516 Registration is Open!
About our Program
At CrossFit 516, we provide a functional fitness program for adolescents and teens ages 5-14. Children will participate in an exercise program that focuses on the ten components of fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Our program incorporates the CrossFit methodology along with activities and games that are age appropriate, fun, and enhance the developmental needs of children. We teach proper form and mechanics to improve the strength and conditioning of children by focusing on their individual needs. Here at CrossFit 516, we want to help your child reach their full potential by instilling in them a life long passion for physical activity that will make them stronger and healthier adults in the future. All classes are run by CrossFit Kid s certified trainers equipped with CPR training and with updated background checks.
Our 2016-2017 program will run on the following three sessions. Each session will be 10 weeks in duration.
Fall Session: September 22, 2016- December 3, 2016 (no classes week of November 21st for Thanksgiving Recess)
Winter Session: January 5, 2017- March 18, 2017 (no classes week of February 20th for Winter Recess)
Spring Season: April 20, 2017- June 24, 2017 (no classes week of April 10th for Spring Recess)
Schedule: Ages 5-9: Thursday 4:00-4:45 Ages 10-14: Thursday 4:45-5:30
Saturday 10:45-11:30 Saturday 11:30-12:15
Pricing: 1 class per week: $180 per session / 2 classes per week: $340 per session
