No. Our workouts will be scaled to your abilities.
How do I start working out at CrossFit 516?
You can contact us for a Free Trial Membership and experience CrossFit firsthand. If you’ve already taken your free trial and would like to become a member, please call us at (516) 280-4070.
What if I am totally out of shape?
You have to start somewhere. CrossFit will get you in shape faster than just about any other program out there.
Is CrossFit safe?
Yes. All of our classes are supervised by CrossFit-certified coaches. We teach proper technique and reinforce proper methods of training during every class.
How long before I see any benefits?
You will see changes in your body within the first several weeks if you put in the effort.
What about my diet?
Diet and nutrition are a big part of being fit and healthy. We’ll guide you on the right path and give you support.
What do the workouts consist of?
Warm-up, mobility work, technique/skill training and a short intense workout.
Why should I workout at CrossFit 516 and not some other gym?
We’re different. Besides a great facility and centralized location, CrossFit 516 delivers a unique program with individual supervision in a small class setting. Our workouts are fun, addictive and we get results!
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday with classes starting at 6am and ending at 8pm. We are also open Saturday morning. See our class schedule here.

I’m in great shape, is CrossFit going to help me?
Workouts are scaled to your abilities. Military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, and elite athletes train at CrossFit 516 with great results.
