Open hours: M-F 5am-8pm, Sat-Sun 8:30am-10:30am



During your first 2-4 weeks you will work 1 on 1 with a professional to create a list of success metrics, and your custom exercise prescription.

In this phase you will gain the skills required in the basic movements and principles for your next phase.


During this phase, you will continue to work 1 on 1 with our professional team to gain confidence and competence in 4 key areas:

1. Moving safely, effectively, and efficiently

2. Reading and understanding exercise programming

3. Improving lifestyle factors that directly impact goal achievement

4. Understanding our primary principles as well as the foundations of recovery, capacity & exercise


Once you achieve freedom of movement and no longer need 1 on 1 sessions, you can join our group sessions. During these sessions, a professional is actively ensuring that everyone is receiving coaching, cueing, correcting, and feedback so you’re never left wondering “Am I doing this right?”

This phase includes monthly mentorship meetings with your lead professional to discuss progress, review relevant education, and reassess as needed.

Personal Training

If group classes aren't for you or looking for sports specific training, personal training is an extremely effective way to achieve your individual goals.

Together, you and your coach will identify and clarify your fitness goals and create a program designed specifically for you.
